Furthermore, he has recently been inducted into: "Who's Who In The World", and" Who's Who In America", in:
2010-2011".
Dr.Fleetwood, has been involved in goverment for 26 years. He was a economics, and political science
undergraduate major. He completed a Ph.D., in philosophy, and a executive juris doctorate in law, with a focus in the philosophy
of law, and juridicial science. He is now, and currently a law scholar at: Oxford University, United Kingdom, and
The College Of Law Of England, and Wales, in the United Kingdom, where he will complete a J.S.D., MD., in
2014-2015. He will also join the National Medical
Association in the scholarly exchange of Juridicial Science, and International Law, and medical law research information.
Dr. Fleetwood, also supports law enforcement.
