Dr. Clifford G. Fleetwood, Ph.D,
E.JD, J.S.D., was born March 25, 1961, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and raised in New Mexico, and Texas.
He completed a Ph.D, In Philosophy
in 1996, at: Southern California College at Chula Vista. He completed a Executive Juris Doctorate in 2007 at: Northwestern
International University, UK, and Nova Southeastern University in Davie Florida, and a Juridicial Science Doctorate
in 2008, at Nova Southeastern University, and a 2nd, Ph.D, in International Law, with a focus in American Foreign Policy
and Military Science, at Harvard, Yale, University of London, Oxford University School of Law, and MIT, in conjunction with
the American Bar, and Shepard Broad School of Law, at Nova Southeastern University,
in 2015.
He is currently a Senior Juridicial Science
Researcher at: Massachusettes Institute of Technology, and ia a candidate to become a Fellow, in 2023, at Bookings
Institution in Washington, D.C., and a proud member of the: International Bar, in London, England, and
a member of the Honor Society in Washington, D.C, he has also been awarded the prestigious Albert Marquis
Who's Who Lifetime Achievement Award for 2017, and will be inducted into Who's Who in American Law In 2018, once again
after 30 years of educational pursuits.
Dr. Fleetwood, was in the Army National Guard from 1981-1986, and was Honorably
Discharged, and was in the United States Coast Guard from: 1986-1988, and was also Honorably Discharged. As a result he has
been awarded the Prestigious: Congressional Order of Merit, by The Honorable President George W. Bush, and the Honorable United
States Congress. He was a member of the NRCC Physician's Advisory Board, The National Republican Senatorial Committee, and
the National Republican Congressional Committee, in Washington, D.C.as well. He was also a International Bar Commissioner
in 2018.
He is registered, and in good standing in the: International Bar, National Bar, American Bar, New York State Bar, New York
City Bar, Arkansas Bar, Colorado Bar, and Texas State Bar.
